Property Leasing & Renewal Specialist

Greystar seeks a dedicated leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 228-unit garden community in West Palm Beach. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in. You will use OneSite/Yardi for data and must keep the community in top show condition while implementing marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.
