As a Server, you’ll help to provide each customer with an AUS-SOME dining experience that makes each guest’s day better. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences to exceed expectations. Have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu; recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders. Assist with food assembly and condiments, following Outback standards. Check orders for accuracy and review with the guest prior to serving. Support team efforts by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service. Teamwork is essential. Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods. For California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
