Find out his list of duties on the job. Work with him to do his daily task ( list).
Stay with the disabled individual on the job all the time . Help to keep the individual on Task and from being distracted. Prefer someone that has worked with special needs young adults.
build relationships with the disabled individual as team work, encourage him to stay on the task.
if he is struggling with a task , help him by example, how it should be done..communicate with Parent his progress on the job or any issue that might have.
Communicate with his manger his progress.
