Warehouse Administrator – Project Logistic Services

Irving, TX

Responsibilities

• Review Packing slips for receiving purposes.
• Answer phone & emails for department and resolve issues with the Project Managers.
• Print labels accordingly & distribute to the appropriate team members for put-away.
• Efficiently & effectively resolve any issues that may arise.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Computer literate
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Good writing, analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience
