Responsibilities

• Lead and direct restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coach, motivate, and support crew members to achieve operational and service goals.
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards to ensure compliance with McDonald’s policies and procedures.
• Assist with training and onboarding new employees.
• Manage labor, productivity, and staffing levels to meet business needs.
• Complete daily administrative tasks, including cash management, inventory controls, and shift reporting.
• Maintain a safe and positive work environment for employees and guests.
• Support restaurant goals by driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring operational excellence.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant leadership regarding shift performance and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Basic understanding of cash handling, labor management, and restaurant operations.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
