Ascension Seton is looking for a PRN APRN or PA for our Ascension Seton Health Clinics. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to provide medical services to patients in their community.

Key responsibilities include:

• Post-acute and long term care program
• Provides nursing home visits in the rural community - 2-3 sites
• Travel required
• Practice setting: outpatient
• Shared patient panel
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Lead comprehensive care delivery: Direct the treatment and long-term management of diverse health conditions, ensuring every patient receives a personalized and effective care plan.
• Empower patients and families: Translate medical jargon into actionable guidance, educating caregivers on treatment options and community resources to improve health literacy.

Minimum requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
