What you will do
Lead the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, working closely with the R&D team to develop solutions that optimize inbox management and reduce administrative burdens for healthcare providers.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and ensure the product meets the needs of healthcare professionals.
Work collaboratively with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver a seamless product experience.
Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and continuously monitor product performance to make data-driven improvements.
Play a crucial role in creating a product that significantly improves daily workflows for doctors, allowing them to focus more on patient care by reducing time spent on bureaucratic tasks.

Requirements: Who you are
A Medical Doctor (MD) or licensed medical provider - RN, NP, PA, or similar with hands-on experience in healthcare, equipping you with the knowledge to address the challenges providers face.
A Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience in SaaS software products.
Familiarity with the U.S. medical system and workflows is essential to ensure our product meets the specific needs of American healthcare providers.
A passion for technology and AI, with a keen interest in how they can be leveraged to improve healthcare.

Work Environment & Location
At Droxi, we value flexibility and collaboration. Our office is conveniently located in Ramat Gan, just a 2-minutes walk from Savidor train station, making it easily accessible. We generally prefer to work from the office three times a week to foster team collaboration and connection, but we’re open to discussing arrangements that work best for you
