Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 200 ranked national law firm seeking a 3rd to 5th year IP Litigation Associate to join its Palo Alto, CA office on an in office basis. This role is focused on sophisticated intellectual property disputes, including patent and trade secret matters, for clients in technology, life sciences, and consumer products. The firm offers a collaborative, team oriented environment with strong professional development support and a well established platform for handling complex, high stakes litigation in federal courts and other forums. The Opportunity You will support and lead key workstreams across patent and trade secret cases, including legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings and briefs, managing discovery, preparing for and taking depositions, working with experts, and partnering closely with senior litigators on case strategy and client communications.
