What We Offer: Pay: $22.20 - 24.11/hr (based on experience) Weekly paychecks Paid CDL training Child ride-along program (at select locations) Guaranteed 4 hours per day with summer and extra work options Paid holidays Referral, Safety, Attendance, and Retention Bonuses (varies by location) Responsibilities: Safely transport students on regular routes, charters, or as a spare driver Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including child checks Communicate professionally with school staff, parents, and students Attend safety and training meetings Maintain a positive attitude and excellent customer service Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 21 years of age or older Valid driver’s license for 3+ years Ability to pass background check, DOT physical, and drug test Benefits and bonuses available at select locations.
