What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Document treatment activities and evaluations accurately in health records
• Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention services
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Apply psychological counseling techniques effectively with a diverse inmate population
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support mental health needs

What You Need

• Valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license
• Social security card and driver's license for facility clearance
• Open availability per CoreCivic scheduling policy

• Experience in mental health treatment in a correctional facility or similar environment
• Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills
