CASE FOAMER – Tampa, FL

Position Summary

The Case Foamer is responsible for producing and assembling custom foam components for protective cases. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and comfort working with hand tools and production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Cut, shape, and assemble foam materials according to specifications.
• Measure and prepare foam to ensure accurate fit and finished product quality.
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely.
• Apply adhesives and assemble foam components as required.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and proper fit.
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and production instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Safely handle materials and finished cases throughout the production process.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, foam fabrication, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and learn production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Willingness to learn and pick up new processes quickly.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production environment.
• May require standing for extended periods and frequent use of hands and hand tools.
• PPE may be required depending on the work area.
