Certified Nursing Assistant, Telemetry - Full-Time

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the Telemetry UnitAs a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the Telemetry Unit, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients while supporting the nursing team in delivering safe, high-quality cardiac and medical care. You will assist with daily patient needs, obtain and report vital signs, help monitor patients connected to telemetry equipment, perform delegated clinical tasks within your scope of practice, and maintain accurate documentation.
