Practice Overview You’ll join a team of fellowship‑trained pediatric ENT physicians supported by NPs, PAs, and dedicated audiology staff. Broad case mix including airway disorders, sinus disease, hearing concerns, and complex head & neck conditions. Blocked OR time allows for efficient, predictable surgical days. Opportunity for ASC ownership and future partnership. Schedule Option for a 4.5‑day or 5‑day workweek, depending on your preference. Balanced schedule with ~2 clinic days and 2‑3 OR days weekly. Consistent volume with efficient clinic flow and strong procedural mix. Light call structure with one weekend per month and mostly phone‑based coverage. Compensation & Benefits Generous base salary with uncapped bonus potential. Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance available. 25 days PTO, 9 holidays, and 5 CME days.
