Vice President of Human Resources

Up to $220k + Bonus

JGA Recruitment have partnered with a Fortune 500 organization, based out of High Point, NC in search for a Vice President of Human Resources to drive strategic leadership decisions across multiple business units. The role will focus on T raining & Development, Performance Management, and Workforce Optimization while ensuring a high-impact HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Development – Design and implement robust training programs to enhance workforce capability and leadership development.
• Strategic HR Leadership – Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across multiple business units.
• Performance Management – Lead performance evaluation processes, ensuring a culture of accountability and continuous improvement..
• HR Operations & Compliance – Oversee HR policies, compliance, and best practices to ensure legal and regulatory adherence.
• Leadership & Collaboration – Partner with executives to shape HR strategy while managing and mentoring the HR Director.

For the Vice President of Human Resources you will bring:

• At least 5 years of VP-Level HR experience.
• Expertise within strategic HR leadership, training and development and performance management.
• Experience in managing and optimizing workforce structures to align with business growth.
