This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries to generate sales appointments and ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales BDC Agent plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and supporting the dealership's overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. - Schedule sales appointments and follow up with potential customers to ensure their needs are met. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Gilchrist Auto's product offerings and services to effectively communicate with customers. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing dealership traffic and sales conversions. - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update records accurately. - Conduct follow-up communication with customers post-appointment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. - Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about industry trends and dealership updates. - Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis. - Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.## QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Required Experience: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer service expectations. - Experience with CRM software and database management.
