Location: Portland (Tualatin Oregon), OR Onsite only Salary- $90k with benefits. Must have- Semi-conductor domain experience

Open on w2, c2c and fulltime Education: BE/BTech Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Tasks:

• Grooming/Managing Action Items within Planview (working with extended team to get updates and ensure timely responses)
• Planview training/support (helping broader team learn to utilize a new to them tool)
• BRD/BPD Authoring

Key Responsibilities:

Planview Action Item Governance

Own the grooming, tracking, and management of action items within Planview to ensure each item has a clear owner, target date, dependency status, and closure plan. Coordinate with the extended cross-functional team to obtain timely updates, remove follow-up gaps, and maintain accurate action status for leadership and project governance reviews. Monitor overdue, aging, and high-priority action items and proactively escalate risks or blockers to ensure timely response and business continuity.

Planview Training and Functional Support

Provide Planview training, guidance, and day-to-day support to the broader team, especially for members who are new to the tool or process. Help users understand tool navigation, action item updates, reporting expectations, workflow discipline, and best practices to improve adoption and data quality. Act as the first-level support point for Planview usage queries, process clarifications, and recurring enablement needs across the team.

BRD/BPD Documentation and Process Authoring

Author and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Business Process Documents (BPD) by capturing business needs, process flows, stakeholder inputs, assumptions, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with business, delivery, and functional stakeholders to validate requirements, document current-state and future-state processes, and ensure alignment with project scope. Ensure BRD/BPD documents are structured, traceable, review-ready, and suitable for sign-off, implementation planning, and downstream execution by delivery teams.

Expected Business Impact

Improves governance discipline by ensuring action items are visible, current, and closed within agreed timelines. Enhances team productivity and Planview adoption through practical training, structured support, and tool/process awareness. Strengthens requirement clarity and delivery quality through well-authored BRD/BPD documentation that supports stakeholder alignment and execution readiness.
