Job Overview A law firm seeks an Investment Funds Associate in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience managing structured securities offerings, with a focus on commercial real estate law, including finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. This role involves representing public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors in various transactions. Duties Manage structured securities offerings for the Investment Funds Group. Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings. Handle complex financings and commercial real estate development. Collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in structured securities offerings. Experience with commercial real estate law preferred. Am Law 100 law firm experience preferred. JD Degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in the state of California. Strong analytical and writing skills. Excellent organizational and business judgment skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
