Our division evaluates and treats children with a broad spectrum of developmental and behavioral concerns.Role ResponsibilitiesProvide expert clinical care in an outpatient setting.Participate in the education and mentorship of medical students, nurse practitioner students, and pediatric residents.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, audiologists, occupational and physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and pediatricians, to support patients and families.Mentor junior faculty and providers to foster team development and clinical excellence.Engage in quality improvement initiatives and program development.Position HighlightsFully integrated EPIC system for seamless patient management.Collaborative team environment with 2 experienced Nurse Practitioners and tenured support staff.Opportunities for academic appointments and professional growth.Focus on quality improvement and innovation in care delivery.Qualifications:MD, DO or Foreign equivalentBC/BE in PediatricsFellowship Trained - from an ACGME accredited Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics programUnrestricted Medical License - Commonwealth of PA
