Do you have a passion for coffee and a knack for creating exceptional customer experiences? Main Street, located in the heart of Pueblo, CO, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the art of crafting the perfect cup of coffee, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll DoAs a Barista at Main Street/Northern Ave, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and a great cup of coffee). Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso drinks with precision and care.
- Providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every customer.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area.
- Assisting in inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
We’re seeking a Barista who brings energy, skill, and a love for coffee to the table. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting.
- Open availability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
