Locations This posting supports potential opportunities across Huntsman manufacturing and technology sites including: Akron and Ashtabula, Ohio Conroe, Freeport, Houston Port, and The Woodlands, Texas McIntosh, Alabama Geismar Louisianna Los Angles, California For other locations see Locations :: Huntsman Corporation (HUN) What You’ll Do As a Chemist Intern, you may: Conduct laboratory synthesis, formulation, testing, and analytical work Support new product development and technology projects Perform literature reviews and technical research Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data Prepare technical reports and presentations Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and testing equipment Partner with scientists, engineers, and business teams to support innovation initiatives Contribute to safe laboratory operations and EHS programs Potential Areas of Focus Polyurethanes Performance Products Advanced Materials Polymer Science Process Development Technical Service & Applications Development Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science or related technical discipline Junior, Senior, or Master’s student Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred Demonstrated laboratory experience Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Additional Locations: #J-18808-Ljbffr Huntsman Corporation
