Location: Alabama Schedule: 36 or 48 hours per week | Every other weekend required | Holidays as assigned by facility Contract Length: 16–26 weeks Type: Travel/Contract – Nurse Owned | Joint Commission Certified About The Role Talented Medical Solutions (TMS) is seeking experienced RNs to join a 42-bed Heart Failure / Stroke Unit in Alabama. This unit specializes in treating patients with complex neurological and cardiac conditions , such as congestive heart failure and acute stroke . Nurses on this unit manage patients at a 1:6 ratio , working collaboratively with cardiologists, neurologists, and an expert team to provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Flexibility is required, as RNs must be willing to float to other units and hospitals as needed. Why This Assignment?
