This position is an administrative role and would include varied duties such as:Filing and data entryTyping reports & correspondence as requiredAssisting with the admissions / discharge processAssisting with transportation approvals & schedulesRelaying vital information to Nursing Staff & Medical TeamMaintain medical records as per protocol, file medical charts as requiredProvide unit staff with employee manuals & formsInventories unit/office supplies & performs all other related dutiesCandidates should:Be friendly, patient and reliable and embody our value for customer serviceBe pleasant with a great phone manner & strong computer skillsBe solid in organizational and communication skillsHave the ability to multi-task in high-pressure environmentBe experienced working in a medical settingBe knowledgeable in medical terminology and ICD10 codingHave some pharmacology experience
