Registered Nurse - Pre-Op/Short StayLocation Methodist Hospital Landmark, City, StateAssignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule Shift: 0700-1500Job Description The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the Pre-Op/Short Stay unit. This role demands a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes and ensuring a seamless preoperative experience.Responsibilities Perform preoperative assessments and patient education. Administer medications and manage IV therapy. Monitor patients post-operatively in Phase 2. Assist in minor surgical procedures as required. Document all patient interactions and care in electronic medical records.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have Meditech Magic experience. PreOp experience is required.
