In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our agency, helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence and care. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Assist clients with policy questions, coverage explanations, and insurance documentation Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficientlyHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Support insurance agents with administrative tasks and client follow-ups Maintain and update client records in the agency management system Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products to existing clients Requirements: Prior customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License or 2-20 General Lines License (or willingness to obtain) Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computer systems and agency management software Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the West Palm Beach market Positive, client-first attitude with a team-player mentality About Us: B-SAFE Insurance Inc. is a trusted insurance agency serving the West Palm Beach, FL community with a commitment to protecting what matters most to our clients.
