We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our skilled nursing team.
As the Director of Nursing, you will play a vital role in shaping the quality of care, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring our residents receive the highest level of clinical excellence and compassion.

Director of Nursing Duties, Responsibilities, & Qualifications:

• Oversee and coordinate all nursing department operations, including staff management, resident care, and compliance.

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to foster a positive, team-oriented culture.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

• Monitor quality assurance programs and implement improvements as needed.

• Hold an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) Georgia state license.

• Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.

• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, families, and regulatory agencies.

• Previous leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing required.
