The Sr. HR Generalist provides knowledge and expertise in the support of all HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, orientation and development.

Responsibilities

• Manages all employee records and data entry into HRMS.
• Assists with management of Employee and Labor Relations
• Maintains all departmental Payroll and Finance Reports
• Miscellaneous HR Functions and Requirements

Qualifications

Education:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Bachelors degree

Experience:

• Required: 1-2 years in Human Resource

St. Marys Medical Center (SMMC), part of the Palm Beach Health Network, is a 420-bed acute care hospital in West Palm Beach. The hospital has been serving Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast for more than 80 years.SMMC is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a state-designated Pediatric Trauma Referral Center, certified Comprehensive Stoke Center, and has a level III NICU.
