Reports to: Operations Leader Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:15pm-3:45am Span of Control: 25 + employees *Shift Rotation and Friday shifts may be required as business needs demand* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Living the safety stand and adhering to safety responsibilities Achieve customer satisfaction and quality commitments Leading and Developing Talent Managing Operations Employee Engagement and Communication Continuous Improvement JOB REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Completed High School Diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years of age Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English Must be able to provide authorization to work in the United States Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work in a gritty, hands-on production environment Ability to work in extreme temperatures and working around dust and particulates Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality systems, and production processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE : Previous experience in Microsoft Suite Programs Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, industrial or related environment or any other related experience.
