Openwork, (formerly Meador Staffing) is hiring a Machine Operator I for an electronics manufacturing company in Webster. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail.
Schedule & Pay- Monday – Friday
- 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- $18.00 – $20.00/hour DOE
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery
- Read work instructions, assembly drawings, and specifications
- Load materials and assist with production line changeovers
- Perform basic troubleshooting and identify quality issues
- Maintain accurate production records
- Follow ESD and company safety procedures
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous electronics manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- IPC-610 knowledge is a plus
