Company Description RhinoLift Foundation Solutions is a specialized contractor providing foundation repair, crawl space repair, basement waterproofing, and concrete repair across the Carolinas. We protect homes and commercial properties from structural and moisture damage, with dependable solutions, quality workmanship, and responsive service. We're growing across the Carolinas and building toward one goal: becoming the #1 waterproofing and foundation repair contractor in the region. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role based in Charlotte, NC. There's no cold calling or door knocking. We set qualified appointments in advance, and you inspect, recommend, and close. Day to day, you'll: Inspect residential and commercial properties, including crawl spaces and basements, and diagnose structural and moisture issues Build detailed proposals and present clear, honest solutions to homeowners and property owners Close on-site and hand off signed jobs to our production team for scheduling Follow up on leads and grow your own referral network with realtors, inspectors, and contractors Keep accurate records in our CRM Compensation You start with a paid draw while you ramp up, then move to uncapped commission.
