Position Highlights:

• Starting Pay: $22.71 per hour, with potential increases based on experience and skills

• Shift Options: Alternating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM), providing flexibility and work-life balance

• Overtime: Available and encouraged—earn extra income!

• Location: Jeffersonville, OH

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor various production equipment to ensure seamless manufacturing processes

• Transport, load, and manage materials across different departments, from Materials Management to Module Manufacturing

• Assist with troubleshooting equipment and ensuring efficient production workflows

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of related manufacturing or production experience

• Basic technical and mechanical skills; troubleshooting skills are a plus

• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Physical ability to stand for long shifts, walk within the warehouse, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Commitment to safety guidelines and PPE requirements

• Punctuality and flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as needed
