Duration: 6+ Months Role Summary

Seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer with strong experience in AWS, Terraform/Ansible, CI/CD, Windows/Linux, and PKI/Credential Management . The role focuses on supporting secure cloud environments and credential management platforms, including Intercede MyID and HID technologies .

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain AWS cloud environments .

• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and/or Ansible .

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

• Provision and configure test, staging, and production environments.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.

• Support Intercede MyID, HID credentialing systems, PKI, smart cards, authentication devices, and middleware .

• Support Windows Server and Linux environments.

• Perform database administration for credential management systems.

• Apply security, automation, reliability, and infrastructure best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT/Engineering experience.

• 1 2+ years of AWS/Cloud experience.

• Strong AWS, Terraform/Ansible, and CI/CD experience.

• Experience with Windows Server and Linux .

• Hands-on experience with Intercede MyID and/or HID .

• Strong knowledge of PKI, certificates, smart cards, authentication, and certificate lifecycle management .

• Experience troubleshooting drivers, middleware, credentialing software, and authentication technologies .

• Database administration experience with credential management or similar systems.

• Ability to obtain and maintain required Federal/DoD Public Trust clearance .
