ICU Pharmacy Clinical Specialist - Critical Care

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist - Critical Care to serve as the primary pharmacy resource within the ICU at Euclid Hospital. You will collaborate with ICU physicians, nurses and interdisciplinary teams to optimize medication therapy for high-acuity patients and respond to codes, traumas, and rapid responses. The role includes providing antimicrobial stewardship support, faculty mentorship to residents and developing pharmacists, and occasional ED coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr JobRx, Inc.
