Mississippi Licensed Call Center Agent

Seeking a Mississippi Licensed Call Center Agent, the fully remote position will engage in outbound calls for various non-profit clients, securing financial gifts while maintaining productivity metrics and utilizing predictive dialing equipment. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound calls for multiple clients, following approved scripts to engage donors and prospective donors Achieve minimum fundraising and productivity metrics while making 16-24 completed calls per hour Participate in comprehensive training and collaborate with assigned MDS teams to support client initiatives Required qualifications One year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record with stability Access to a dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet home workspace Basic computer skills and willingness to learn Commitment to charitable and non-profit causes Persistence and enthusiasm in achieving fundraising goals
