Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

$38–$42/hour

Monmouth Rehab & Nursing is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide individualized, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals
• Provide evidence-based therapy for communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
