What You'll Do

• Decontaminate surgical instruments, scopes, and specialized equipment such as drills and Da Vinci tools
• Assemble instruments across all service lines, including trauma, loaners, and peel packaging
• Operate sterilization equipment, including sterilization (SteriRad) and steam sterilizers
• Manage high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope reprocessing
• Maintain sterile storage areas, ensuring proper organization and inventory control
• Serve as a liaison with the OR team to facilitate timely instrument availability
• Use the Censitrac tracking system to document and monitor sterilization processes

What You Need

• Certification as CBSPD or CRCST is required
• Previous experience in sterile processing or hospital OR support preferred
• Ability to work independently and adhere to strict sterilization standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
