As a Construction Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects. Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage journal entries and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded
• Conduct reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy
• Assist with month-end close processes
• Prepare financial statements for review
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounts are up to date

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software
• Experience with bank reconciliations
• Ability to generate financial reports
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with QuickBooks
• Strong administrative skills
• Experience with invoicing and file management

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: $38,000 - $48,000 per year
