Seeking a CNC Operator to set up and run CNC lathes and mills to machine metal parts to blueprint specifications. This role includes tool setup, program adjustments, quality checks using gauges, loading materials, completing production paperwork, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
Located in El Cajon, CA.

Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $24.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
Operate and set up CNC equipment, verify parts meet specifications, perform minor program/tool adjustments, assist with workflow efficiency, and follow all safety and production procedures.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-3 years of CNC or machining experience required.
- Ability to read blueprints, use measuring tools, perform basic math, and operate manufacturing software.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
