Dental Insurance Manager – Charlotte, NC

We are a large and growing dental group in Charlotte, NC, seeking an experienced Dental Insurance Manager to join our expanding organization. This role serves as the primary liaison between our dental practices and insurance carriers and plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the main liaison between our dental practices and dental insurance companies

Manage provider credentialing (new providers, updates, and ongoing maintenance)

Manage location credentialing for new and existing practice locations

Lead recredentialing and ongoing updates for dentists and related documentation

Support fee negotiations and maintain payer rate documentation

Research, troubleshoot, and resolve dental insurance issues efficiently and professionally

Partner with Senior Management to help ensure compliance with applicable insurance regulations and requirements

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of dental-specific insurance experience (required)

Strong working knowledge of credentialing and payer processes

Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through

High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple priorities

Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally

Professional, solutions-oriented approach when working with carriers and internal teams

What We Offer

Full-time, immediate opening

Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Weekly paychecks

Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
