Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Architect/Consultant with extensive experience delivering enterprise analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI/FAW) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). This role will lead the design, implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle analytics solutions supporting Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, and related business functions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business process knowledge to deliver scalable analytics platforms, actionable reporting, and data-driven insights for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) analytics solutions, including dashboards, reports, KPIs, semantic model extensions, and data augmentations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap assessments, and translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Configure and administer FDI subject areas, data pipelines, security models, and reporting environments.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) dashboards, reports, and visualizations supporting enterprise reporting needs.
- Extend delivered FDI content through custom measures, calculations, dashboards, and semantic model enhancements.
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and external systems using ADW, OIC, ODI, APIs, and related database technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM domains.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, reporting, security, refresh, and performance issues while conducting root cause analysis.
- Perform impact assessments and regression testing for Oracle quarterly releases and FDI enhancements.
- Establish best practices for analytics architecture, governance, security, performance optimization, and data management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while promoting analytics adoption and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing, and Oracle analytics technologies.
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI/FAW) solutions.
- Strong expertise with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), including dashboard development, reporting, and administration.
- Experience extending FDI semantic models, subject areas, and analytics content.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, and/or EPM business processes and data structures.
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion applications with external data sources and enterprise platforms.
- Advanced SQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning skills.
- Strong knowledge of dimensional data modeling, star schemas, and enterprise data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
