Parts Manager

Inver Grove Toyota is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Parts Manager to lead our parts department. The ideal candidate will oversee parts inventory, manage supplier relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service to support our dealership’s operations and growth. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, purchasing, and distribution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery. Lead and train parts staff to deliver excellent service and maintain efficient operations. Monitor parts sales, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports on department performance. Collaborate with service and sales departments to meet customer needs and support overall dealership goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within an automotive dealership. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and customers. Proficiency with MS Office and parts management software. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications related to automotive parts management is a plus.
