Route Sales Associate

PepsiCo Truck Driver

Pay: $64,000/yr

Location: 1612 Walkup Ave, Monroe, NC, 28110-3666

Schedule: Work week is Sunday - Saturday; work 5 days off 2 days each week. Off days may rotate, average start time between 5am-7am - once work is complete

Minimum Qualifications:

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You'll Do:

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
