RN Weekend Supervisor

As a RN Weekend Supervisor (3pm - 11:30 pm) at Inglemoor Rehabilitation and Care Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing team on weekends, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless care delivery. EXCELLENT NURSING STAFFING RATIOS DAY 1:9, EVENING 1:12 AND NIGHT 1:20. Up to 32 days of PTO with cash payout for unused days.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing team on weekends, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to facility policies and procedures

• Provide guidance and support to the nursing team, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for our residents

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and care delivery

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New Jersey

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or sub-acute setting

• Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
