Summary The Private Client Advisor is a luxury retail sales role focused on building and managing a book of high-net-worth clients through personalized, appointment-based service in the boutique. The advisor drives personal sales targets and high-end product penetration while mentoring colleagues and delivering an elevated client experience aligned with the brand. Responsibilities Drive personal sales targets and achieve high-end penetration across all product categories Develop, recruit, and maintain a balanced book of VIC/high-net-worth clients with a target 3+ million client book Provide private client services via in-person and virtual appointments, wardrobing, and personalized experiences Collaborate with store leadership and Client Relations teams on retention and development strategies and host client events Mentor store teammates on client cultivation and implement the boutique selling ceremony Use discretion to identify client preferences, follow up on inquiries, and grow long-term relationships Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience, luxury retail preferred Proven sales track record with minimum $3,000,000 in sales and strong high-end product penetration Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems; RTW experience preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and digital literacy skills; foreign language skills a plus Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 10 lbs Minimum High School Diploma and ability to work collaboratively in a team #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
