Warehouse Associate – Picking, Packing & Projects

Grafton, WI | Full-Time | $18/hour

We are a successful, family-owned and operated business that is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Grafton, WI.

Our sales are strong, our business is growing, and we're adding this position because we need another great person on the team to help keep up with that growth.

This is a hands-on position where picking and packing customer orders will be the primary responsibility, but there is plenty of variety as well. You'll also help unload incoming shipments, organize inventory, create sample kits, assist with product testing, and work on other projects that help keep our growing business moving forward.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right, stays organized, pays attention to detail, and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed.

What You'll Do

• Pick products accurately for customer orders
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Hand-unload incoming containers and shipments
• Receive, organize, and put away inventory
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Create and assemble product sample kits
• Help prepare products and materials for customers and our sales team
• Assist with product testing and new-product projects
• Operate a forklift when qualified and needed
• Help with special projects and other hands-on tasks as needed
• Work as part of a team to get the job done efficiently and correctly

Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important. Forklift experience or current certification is a plus!

More Than Just a Warehouse Job

While picking and packing is the core of this position, you'll have the opportunity to learn different parts of our business and work on a variety of projects.

You'll help create sample kits, assist with product testing, work with different products and materials, unload incoming shipments, and take on special projects as they come up.
