As part of the Almost Family Team, you will enjoy a variety of benefits, including paid time off, healthcare benefits, development opportunities, paid training and additional voluntary benefits!Your Meaningful Impact (Responsibilities):• Empowering Independence: Assist our clients with their daily routines, including gentle help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals.• Attentive Advocacy: Keep a caring eye on our clients' well-being, documenting their progress and ensuring their health needs are always a top priority.• Creating a Sanctuary: Foster a warm, safe, and organized living space where clients feel secure and respected.• Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations• Home Comforts: Lend a hand with light housekeeping and laundry to keep the home running smoothly.• Out & About: Safely escort and transport clients to medical appointments and important errands, helping them stay connected to their community.What You Bring to the Family (Requirements)• High School Diploma or equivalent• A compassionate heart (ideally with one year of experience caring for seniors or those with disabilities).• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening• Valid driver's license and auto insurance• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsReady to make a real difference?
