Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, identifying their strengths, resources, and potential barriers to well-being.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities to address various mental health issues effectively.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to facilitate improvement and recovery.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and integrate feedback from multidisciplinary team members.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to client care.

• Respond effectively to crises by providing immediate intervention, conducting risk assessments, and formulating safety plans as necessary.
