Bartender

Bartender – Friendship Village, Bloomington, MN Pay Range $15.76–$21.69+ per hour. Position: Part‑time, Wednesday – Saturday, 4–8p.m. Responsibilities Prepare and serve bar beverages. Control the mixing and pouring of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and non‑alcoholic beverages. Provide resident and guest engagement. Achieve accurate transactions in the point‑of‑sale system. Administer proper storing techniques for beverages, supplies, equipment, and inventory. Organize the bar, maintain inventory par levels, and track inventory and supplies needed for operation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred). Two to three years of bartender experience in a hotel or restaurant (preferred). Certification as a bartender preferred. Minimum age 21 years. Compensation & Benefits Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Pay is commensurate with experience.
