Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) – $30K Sign-On Bonus – Kansas City, MO

Location: Kansas City, MO
Shifts: Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Benefits

• $30.04 – $41.50/hour (based on experience)
• Up to $30,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment)
• Shift Differentials: $4 Nights | $4 Weekends
• Relocation assistance (case-by-case)

We are actively hiring Med-Surg Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a high-performing team at a leading acute care hospital. This unit cares for adult patients with medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurological conditions, offering excellent opportunities to grow your clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Supervise support staff and collaborate with care teams

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Acute Care RN experience (does not need to be recent)
• ADN or BSN required
• Active RN license or compact license
• BLS certification required

Unit Details

• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 6:1
• 49 Beds per unit
• Specialty areas: Neuro, Ortho, Nephrology
• Level I Trauma Center (stable patients, minimal drips)
