$450K–$615K + BONUSES | FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE | 1:7 CALL

Must-Have Qualifications (Apply if you meet these):

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist (with plan for certification if BE)
• Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Indiana Medical License
• CSR/DEA registration (or eligibility)
• Ability to perform endoscopic procedures and manage GI conditions independently
• Strong communication skills and EMR proficiency
• Willingness to participate in a 1:7 call rotation

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive care for patients with gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary disorders
• Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures in both outpatient and hospital settings
• Manage a high-volume practice with:
  • 20–30 clinic patients per day
  • 10–15 hospital patients per day
• Deliver ongoing care for chronic conditions such as IBD and liver disease
• Collaborate with surgical and primary care teams for coordinated treatment plans
• Participate in a 1:7 call rotation

Compensation & Benefits:

• $450,000 – $615,000 base salary (aligned with MGMA benchmarks, negotiable)
