Position Summary:

We are searching for an upbeat energetic Warehouse Associate to support a fast-paced printing and distribution operation in Frisco, TX. If you have previous warehouse or production experience and enjoy working in a high-energy fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply today.  

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trailers while minimizing freight damage
• Move, stage, and organize freight throughout the dock
• Verify freight using shipping documents and scanning equipment
• Stack, wrap, and secure pallets for transport
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues  
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Work effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and fellow warehouse team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all company and OSHA safety standards.  
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including PPE requirements  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of general warehouse or production experience (picking orders, packing, assembly, or production work)
• Previous forklift operation experience  
• Experience using RF scanners or basic WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Packing and shipping experience: labeling, boxing, staging orders
• Experience operating light machinery (presses, basic production equipment, etc.) in a manufacturing environment
• Communication and time management skills
• Closed toe shoes, safety googles, solid color shirt, solid color shorts. No graphics on shirts
• Ability to perform repetitive hands-on tasks, standing for longs periods, and lifting and/or moving weights up to 50 lbs.  

Schedule:

• 1st Shift | Monday–Friday |6:00 am – 4:30 pm

Compensation:

• $18.25 per hour
